This Privacy Policy applies to the Study Time Record mobile application and related support website (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Webdia inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Information we process
Account information
The app creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication user ID on first use. If you use Sign in with Apple, authentication may use the identifier supplied by Apple and, when you choose to provide it, your email address.
Study data
We store registered subject names, colors, order, visibility state, and study-history fields such as subject, start time, end time, duration, and recorded date in Google Cloud Firestore under the user ID.
Usage and diagnostic information
We may process feature usage, rewarded-ad completion, errors, and crash information to operate and improve the Service, investigate problems, and manage advertising. When invalid date data is detected, diagnostic details such as timestamps, subject ID, duration, and time zone may be sent to Crashlytics.
Advertising and consent information
The free version uses Google AdMob. Depending on region, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform to collect advertising choices. If permission is granted through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, an advertising identifier may be used for ad delivery and measurement. Declining tracking does not prevent use of the app’s core features.
Support information
When you submit the support form, we process the email address, app version, device and OS details, message, source IP address, and related request information to respond and prevent abuse.

- Store, synchronize, and display subjects and study history.
- Link, reauthenticate, and delete accounts through Apple ID.
- Provide requested features such as backup, restore, and purchase verification.
- Investigate errors, improve quality, and understand feature usage.
- Deliver and measure ads and manage consent choices.
- Respond to support requests and prevent abuse.

Backup files
A JSON backup created by the app is exported to a destination you choose through the system share sheet. We do not control how a third-party storage location selected by you handles that file.
Retention and deletion
Study data is retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. Using “Delete Account” in the app deletes that account’s subjects, study history, and authentication account. Individual history deletion and full history deletion are also available in the app. We may retain information for a limited period when required for legal obligations, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
